The court has preliminary approved the proposed Settlement against Williams & Associates d/b/a Williams Starbuck, Donald H. Williams, and Drew J. Starbuck (“Defendants”), relating to allegations of violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”).
Your rights may be affected by the proposed settlement (“Settlement”) discussed on this website. This website is to inform you of the conditional certification of a settlement class, the nature of the claims at issue, your right to participate in, or exclude yourself from the settlement class, and the effect of exercising your various options.
If you were sent an initial written communication by Defendants in an attempt to recover sums due between February 28, 2021 and February 28, 2022, you are included in this Settlement as a “Class Member”.

The Court in charge of this case still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. No Settlement benefits or payments will be provided unless the Court approves the Settlement and it becomes final. Please be patient.
